Does anyone know the title of this book?

This is not a reimagining of "Alice", but of "The Wizard of Oz". It is "Wicked" by Gregory McGuire. It is very, very good! The Wicked Witch is named Elphaba, and she and Glinda the Good are college friends! This book was the inspiration for the famous musical of the same title. I will warn you, though, the book can get very graphic and disturbing. The sequels are "Son of a Witch" and "A Lion Among Men." Happy reading!
