Who saw Inception this weekend? I have a specific question?

There is a scene in the movie where a man is seen coughing, and blood sprays from his mouth and onto his hand and the ground. Can someone please tell me when in the movie this happens, and what happens right before? I know it's a weird question, but I have a phobia of the sound and sight of vomiting, and that's pretty close to it. Does it sound/look like he is going to vomit? I just need to know how bad the scene is and where it is because I am DYING to see this movie but that one scene is stopping me. Thanks for all your help.
