How Do I Delete A Show from My DirecTv To-Do List?

Often times I check my To-Do list to see that it is recording everything I want it to record.. however sometimes it'll record an episode of something I don't need to see. For instance, it was scheduled to record a recap episode of Grey's Anatomy, which I have a Season P set, but I didn't need to see this re-cap episode. So I tried deleting it from my To-Do list, but couldn't figure it out... I tried going to the guide and removing the R (record) icon, but that deleted the entire Season P. When I select the actual episode I don't get a delete option. Anyone else have this problem? Help! Thanks! (P.S. I miss TIVO!!) haha
