Why won't Adobe Photoshop start on my computer anymore!! Please help! :(?

I can't get Photoshop to open anymore!!!! It was working fine yesterday! One thing I might suspect the problems might be is that I downloaded Adobe Acrobat and upgrated Java on my computer. Could this be a problem? PLEASE HELP. :(
