I married my fiance in france last year and would like to bring her to us but im on probation for 3 years?

hello guys well i just have a question that ive been looking around for but just cant find the right information well i got married last year in france in a french Marie (city hall) with my fiance shes from france and myself im from us now i know that us recognize french marriage and i would only have to file the I-130 form and pay the fee but i got into some trouble last year october in us and now i have a misdemeanor on my record with a 3 year probation sentence i have to do 1 year mandatory before i get off probation now i do want to enter my wife into us im from ny by the way but would me being on probation jeopardize any complications when i file the I-130 ive search everywhere for this and couldn't find a Straight answer maybe you guys can help me with this please i really really appreciate this thanks
