Not much of a lactic acid buildup after workout?

today i worked out at like 10 idk if that's bad cuz i ate breakfast waited 1hr and a 1/2 then worked out my back and traps today my lifts went up like 10lbs each today i was happy but i didnt have a lactic acid buildup...what's the reason for this..have i hit plateau or something
