Question for girls???

You all are probably aware that many men divorce their wives if they become morbidly obese. Now for this question I'm uming the married couple has no kids. As a man, if I became a fat slob of a husband, I would expect any women to leave me. Don't women find it a little offensive for a man to say "I love you", while at the same time refusing to put down the twinkies and ding dongs and get a little exercise. If I'm going to tell a women I love her, I'm going to do my best to look good for her. What do you women think??????
