My best guy friend is coming to the beach with us, but he tries to make a move...?

My best guy friend of four years might come to the beach with my family and me. The only thing is that sometimes he tries to make a move on me, and I just don't like him like that. And probably NEVER will. He's too much like a brother to me. We have an understanding. Whenever he acts like that, I get silent and busy myself with some kind of chore or activity. He figures it out really quickly. Lately, he's been saying that he loves me and asked why we're stuck in the friend zone. But I don't want to let him come with us if he's going to make me miserable the whole trip. Should I tell him that I don't want him to act like that before the trip? Or should I just wait and see if he acts like that? We go through this all the time, so I know it won't jeopardize our friendship.
