Recommended cell phone?

I'm with AT&T; got a Motorola v-180 - it's ok. I can upgrade for free. Looking for a no-frills, DURABLE, quick, easy to use cellphone that also is got adequate features. Simplicity and some ruggedness important. Any recommendations?
