Should i get a Sony Walkman you knwo those mobile Phone ones or a 30GB Ipod?

Which one would be better, i make homemade movies and i want to watch them on my (whatever i get). Which one has enough space for a few 20 minute movies, and for a few more songs? And include quality and everything.
