Whats the best way to get my business off the ground?

Attend fairs and gathering where people attend and offer free samples along with your contact details for follow up purposes. Advertise your services andaybe do leaflet drops and see where you go. The more people hear about your service the better chance you gave of succeeding. I do smilar thing for my business and this works. Good luck.
