Flutter in upper abdomen,what is wrong?

I dont know whats wrong with me its very hard to describe how iam feeling here lately i hardly have any appetitte and i get full very fast tonight at work i felt like my right side where my ribcage was tightening up and when i pressed there it was sore then i felt a flutter in my upper abdomen and in my ribcage it makes me want to p out not that it hurts it feels like when you drinking somthing cold on a empty stomache and the cold sensation runs down it takes my breath away
