Why do Democrats believe Obama will lower taxes?

You don't listen much. He would repeal the bush tax cuts because they weren't a tax cut for the middle cl they were a tax cut for the top 5%. That is what he will repeal. What he will p is a tax package that taxes the rich and doesn't tax the poor
